• Phase 2 - Double Elim Winner Round 2 & Loser Round 1 - November

• Phase 2 - Double Elim Winner Final & Loser Round 2 - December 3

• Phase 2 - Loser Round 3 - December 4

• Phase 2 - Loser Final - December 10

• Phase 2 - Grand Final - December 11
